Fresh off the back of his chart-topping single Forget Me, Lewis Capaldi has announced his second studio album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent.

Angelique Jackson Focus Features has set A.V. Rockwell’s “A Thousand and One,” starring Teyana Taylor, for theatrical release on March 31, 2023. Written and directed by A.V. Rockwell in her feature-length directorial debut, the film centers on unapologetic and free-spirited Inez (Taylor), who kidnaps her six-year-old son Terry from the foster care system. As the film’s official description explains, the story follows mother and son “holding onto their secret and each other,” as they “set out to reclaim their sense of home, identity, and stability, in a rapidly changing New York City.” “A Thousand and One” is produced by Sight Unseen’s Eddie Vaisman and Julia Lebedev; Hillman Grad’s Lena Waithe and Rishi Rajani; and Makeready’s Brad Weston. Sight Unseen’s Oren Moverman is executive producing alongside Rachel Jacobs.

The Walking Dead’s Maggie and Negan spin-off series has unveiled its release date.The show, called Dead City, is currently under production in New Jersey.Now, show makers have revealed that it will have a release date of April 2023 (via Digital Spy).Dead City is one of several Walking Dead spin-offs in development. Recently, Norman Reedus revealed that his new Walking Dead spin-off series will be titled Daryl Dixon. Named after the iconic character played by Reedus, the upcoming series will see him (and his crossbow) venture off to France.Programme makers also announced a further spin-off show for Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) would be on the way.The Walking Dead premiered in 2010 and has run for eleven seasons. Nia Archives has shared a new Brazilian-inspired track and video – watch ‘Baianá’ below.The track is the first solo release from the producer since her EP ‘Forbidden Feelingz’ was released back in March of this year.Discussing ‘Baianá’, which samples the traditional Brazilian choir Barbatuques, Nia Archives said: “I’ve always been a massive fan of Samba Music, Bossa Nova Music and Brazilian culture and had been a fan of the Barbatuques for a while.“When I was looking through my samba / bossa playlist and thinking about songs to sample, ‘Baianá’ was the one that stood out for me. When I started making it, the original version was quite bouncy which I wanted to make harder… so I flipped it into this crazy amen break roller with a Reese bass line.
