Outlander author Diana Gabaldon gives hope to fans worried about series ending

Carson Burton “Succession” actress Sarah Snook and Australian comedian Demi Lardner have joined the cast of the upcoming Hulu animated comedy series “Koala Man.” Both were announced at the “Koala Man” panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday.Snook is set to play Vicky, who believes her husband Kevin — middle-aged father as well as the somewhat pathetic titular hero —  is just going through a phase. She tolerates Koala Man, a superhero whose only superpower is an intense passion for following rules and snuffing out petty crime in the Australian town of Dapto. However, Vicky hopes someday Kevin will snap out of his bizarre mid-life crisis so that he can show her the passion she feels is missing.

Demi Lovato is on the mend and rocking out. Just after sharing the aftermath of a gruesome facial injury, requiring three stitches just above their eye, the 29-year-old singer appeared on  to give an update on the incident and perform their new single, «Substance.» «I was picking something up off the floor that I dropped,» Lovato explained to guest host Mark Rober on Thursday.«I'm a huge fan of crystals, I have an amethyst that is literally about this tall,» they continued, gesturing to the height of the table where they were seated.

New season, new characters as STARZ has announced that Izzy Meikle-Small (“Never Let Me Go”) and Joey Phillips (“Billy Elliot”) have been cast as Rachel Hunter and Dr. Denzell Hunter, respectively, in the upcoming seventh season of “Outlander.” The duo join the previously announced Charles Vandervaart as the show’s newest cast members while fan-favorites Caitríona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Sophie Skelton, Richard Rankin and John Bell are all set to return. “We’re excited to welcome Izzy and Joey to the ‘Outlander’ family and can’t wait for fans to see how these two fantastic actors bring Rachel and Denzell to life,” says Matthew B.
