Olivia Bowen has candidly opened up about her son Abel's birth and how her husband Alex reacted. The former Love Island star, 28, welcomed her first child with Alex, 30, back in June and she's continued to document her journey as a new mum on social media.
After recently sharing some new adorable snaps of her newborn son, Olivia took part in a Q&A session with her Instagram followers where many quizzed her about motherhood and how she's been getting on. "did alex cry when you gave birth?" one follower asked the mum-of-one, prompting her to open up about her birthing experience.
She revealed that Alex found the birth "more traumatic" than she did and that he had "got upset". "I'm sure he won't mind me saying but Alex found the birth more traumatic than me I think.
He hates seeing me in pain & not being able to do anything about it," Olivia admitted. "He was my rock throughout he was so calm on the exterior to me, but I know he got upset & took himself away from the situation a few times so he didn't do it in front of me." "We both cried when he was here.
It was nearly two days so we were both just exhausted but so happy," she added with a red heart emoji. Never miss a celebrity exclusive again! Become an OK!
