Former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes Casemiro's mentality will massively improve Erik ten Hag's team.

Manchester United made the worst possible start to the Erik ten Hag era, falling 2-0 down with less than 40 minutes on the clock against Brighton & Hove Albion in their season opener at Old Trafford.
For the Seagulls' opener, Danny Welbeck, formerly of the Reds, latched onto Leandro Trossard's excellent through ball, getting in between Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire, and put the ball on a plate for Pascal Gross to tap home at the back-post. It was a simple finish for the German and Ten Hag will have been bitterly disappointed with the way in which United conceded.
Gross, who scored in Brighton's 4-0 hammering of the Reds back in May, wheeled away to celebrate, leaving Cristiano Ronaldo, who was on the substitutes bench, to try and rally his team-mates and crowd. United had started the game well, enjoying plenty of possession and looking threatening.

However, the Seagulls were in no mood to take petty on United, adding a second goal shortly before half-time, with Gross on target for a second time. The German pounced from close range, converting Solly March's effort that was only parried by David de Gea.
Given the visit of the Seagulls was meant to mark the beginning of a new dawn, going two goals down before half-time was not what was in the script. Below, MEN Sport has taken a close look at what the fans had to say in response to Gross' double.
