Nicky Hilton looks cozy while attending a Fashion Week event in Milan

The 38-year-old fashion designer wore a brown teddy bear coat and black jeans during her afternoon stroll along the bustling streets. Holding a brown handbag and hiding her eyes behind dark glasses, the model sported black flats and let her blonde locks fall naturally over her shoulders as she threw a wave to on-lookers.

The fashionista showed off her trim waistline just ten weeks after welcoming her third child, a boy, with her husband, James Rothschild. In another image, the hotel heiress switched up the look in a short skirt and a pair of cream stilettos as she stood in front of Prada and Louis Vuitton stores in a shopping mall. The leggy beauty finished off the look with a brown handbag, an array of silver bracelets, and designer shades.

Afterwards, the fashionista switched into a more comfortable white bath robe and shared the snap to her Instagram Stories.  On Tuesday, Nicky was at The Museum of Ice Cream in NYC, raising awareness for a non-profit called God's Love We Deliver, which provides food for people affected by severe illnesses. She was joined by her darling daughter, Teddy, and several other stars at the event, including Train wreck actress Amy Schumer.

Nicky spent much of last week attending New York Fashion Week events, including the Michael Kors show at Highline Stages. Late Friday morning, Hilton took to her Instagram page and posted a photo of herself taken by one of her daughters in her New York City home. 'My daughter told me I looked like a pink creamsicle and asked if she could take a picture.
