The Live Nation-backed 26-city tour will follow a couple of months on the heels of Monáe’s first album in five years, “The Age of Pleasure,” which comes out June 9. It’s been preceded by a new single and music video, “Lipstick Lover.” A Verizon presale begins Thursday at 10 a.m. local time, with other targeted presales happening throughout the next week before a general ticket sale one week from today, June 7, also at 10 a.m. local time.

Royal Blood singer Mike Kerr has come under fire for branding the crowd “pathetic” and departing the show with his middle fingers in the air after performing at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend.

Lewis Capaldi brought Radio 1’s Big Weekend to a close in truly epic style. The Scottish singer-songwriter was part of an epic line-up for this year’s festival in Dundee, playing alongside the likes of Anne-Marie, the Jonas Brothers, Raye, and Saturday night headliners The 1975. Also on the bill were Thirty Seconds To Mars, who were originally due to play yesterday, before technical difficulties led to a change in scheduling.

Danzig have announced details of a new US tour celebrating 35 years of their debut album.Glenn Danzig’s band will hit the road later this year to perform their 1988 self-titled debut LP in its entirety, with support coming from Behemoth, Twin Temple and Midnight.The tour begins in late Las Vegas in late August and runs through until mid-September.A social media post from the band teases that the tour will be “the Only DANZIG Shows for the foreseeable future”.Tickets for the gigs go on sale on Friday, June 2. Yola spoke with Variety about Turner, who died May 24 at age 83. Niall Horan has announced he’ll be touring for the first time in more than five years. The former One Directioner confirmed the exciting news on Monday in a social media post that’s caused quite a stir, with many of the 29-year-old’s fans pointing out that dates in their countries and towns aren’t included on the list. Niall did specify in his post that more dates would soon be added and told his 32.

Niall Horan released his acclaimed second studio album “Heartbreak Weather” on March 13, 2020.Tour dates were lined up and the rising star had high hopes for the year.Unfortunately, the lockdown was put into place shortly after and the nationwide trek was scrapped.Now, three long years later, Horan has announced his long-awaited upcoming 2024 ‘The Show’ World Tour, his first since 2018. The 50-concert international trek is in support of Horan’s upcoming third studio album “The Show” which is set to hit shelves on June 9.Along the way, Horan is set to bring his hits — and maybe some of One Direction’s (!) — to New York City’s Madison Square Garden on June 14, Saratoga Springs’ Saratoga Performing Arts Center on June 21 and Buffalo’s Darien Lake Amphitheater on June 22.“I really want my show to be a place of pure joy and somewhere you can come to escape and let loose,” he shared on Twitter.

The salute took the form of a semi-reconstruction of the 1972 compilation album “Nuggets,” put together by the Wild Honey Foundation as one of its annual autism benefits at the Alex Theatre in Glendale, with the original compiler of “Nuggets,” Lenny Kaye, on board as emcee, resident historian, cheerleader and intermittent singer-guitarist.
