State Pension provides essential financial support every four weeks for more than 12.5 million people across the UK, including 981,399 living in Scotland. New figures released by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) show that by December 12, some 8.3million second means-tested cost of living payments had been made to eligible households across the UK.
