Production on season three of The Witcher has been halted, according to online reports.
The Hollywood Reporter revealed that production was apparently halted over COVID-19.

There were rumors over the weekend that star Henry Cavill had tested positive for the virus and the series and Netflix are taking precautions to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
However, Netflix isn’t confirming the rumors, and neither are Henry‘s reps, THR says.
In a release, the streamer said that they “paused due to COVID and we will be up and running as soon as it is safe to do so.”
The news about production being halted on The Witcher come after Henry failed to make an appearance at this past weekend’s 2022 Comic-Con, which many fans were banking on him doing so.
