The company’s new investor is Silver Lake, the global private equity firm, which has agreed to put $500 million toward a $1.5 billion capital investment plan.Shadowbox has grown rapidly since its founding just five years ago.

Weighing in. NeNe Leakes has been named in a lawsuit, alleging that her relationship with Nyonisela Sioh began before he separated from his wife — though she is publicly denying the allegations.

NeNe Leakes' boyfriend is suing the reality TV star.Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, who married Nyonisela Sioh in 2016, alleged that NeNe and Nyonisela had an affair while he was still married. Malomine is seeking $100,000 in damages from Leakes for "alienation of affections" and "criminal conversation," TMZ reported.According to the filing, Malomine said she and Nyonisela had a "happy" marriage before he began dating the former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star.

NeNe Leakes is being sued by her boyfriend's wife. Last month, in court docs obtained by ET, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh sued the 54-year-old alum for alienation of affection and criminal conversation.
