Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has denied claims made by Sumner Stroh that he had a “year long affair” with the Instagram model. Taking to Instagram, the This Love singer, said that he wanted to “clear the air” and issued a statement where he admitted to using “poor judgement” when speaking to other people. “I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,” he wrote.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has completed the investigation into the sexual abuse allegations against Marilyn Manson.  After the 19-month probe, detectives turned in the results to prosecutors, who said Tuesday more evidence is needed before they can consider criminal charges against Manson. The case against the 53-year-old musician involves sexual assault and domestic violence from 2009 until 2011.  The District Attorney’s Office called the case it received "partial." The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has completed the investigation into the sexual abuse allegations against Marilyn Manson.
