Nadiya Hussain has revealed that she will not be attempting to bake for The Queen for a second time as her Platinum Jubilee celebrations approach.The Platinum Pudding Competition was announced in January, inviting budding bakers to come up with a new dessert to celebrate 70 years of our monarch. But the 37 year old – who baked a cake for The Queen's 90th birthday in 2016 – says she will not be putting herself forward to treat her for a second time. And I very nearly said no because I thought that I couldn’t possibly do it. "But in the end I was like, 'Absolutely. I’ll give it a good go.' So I did, and I got to meet the Queen and Prince Philip and it was such a surreal day." Nadiya also bravely opened up on the racist abuse her children have received.
