Phil Spector has died on Saturday at the age of 81 after contracting COVID-19 four weeks ago.
The music producer and convicted murderer had been moved from jail to hospital but became well enough to return to prison at California Health Care Facility.
However, his condition deteriorated again and he was brought back to the hospital as he was struggling to breathe. He later died at 6:35pm, TMZ reports.
