Prince Louis salutes crowds as he steals the show at Trooping the Colour

Trooping the Colour — once again stealing the show.Accompanied by siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte, the royal trio waved to spectators from their carriage while en route to the Horse Guards Parade with their mother, Kate Middleton, 41, and Queen Camilla, 75.Audiences were captivated by the animated faces of Louis, 5, who, at one point, held his nose and grimaced.Meanwhile, King Charles, 74, and Prince William, 40, traveled on horses, marking the first time a monarch has ridden horseback since the late Queen Elizabeth II in 1986.After the parade, the royal family gathered on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch a flypast, and Louis saluted onlookers. While the newly coronated king won’t turn 75 until November, the summertime celebration is a royal tradition. This isn’t the first time Louis has become the star of the show with his playful behavior. At the queen’s Platinum Jubilee last year, Louis’ stunts were a welcome distraction for audiences at home. And at Charles’ coronation last month, Louis stole the limelight while letting out a few yawns during the ceremony.Charles was not only competing with Louis’ adorable antics Saturday, but also daughter-in-law Meghan Markle’s “Suits.”The USA Network series became available to watch Saturday on Netflix, which is also home to Markle and Prince Harry’s bombshell docuseries.Markle, 41, plays lawyer Rachel Zane in “Suits,” her final acting project before becoming a royal in 2018.

‘Marguerite’s Theorem’ Review: A Bizarrely By-the-Numbers Fiction About the Gift/Curse of Math Genius

Jessica Kiang It is a paradox worthy of Zeno himself that significant dumbing-down is necessary in order to make tales of extraordinary genius comprehensible to us lay audiences. But in her own attempt at grandly unifying these opposing poles, French director Anna Novion (“Grown Ups,” “Rendezvous in Kiruna”) splits the difference so often she delivers in “Marguerite’s Theorem,” a movie riddled with cliché that plunges right past comprehensible into painfully, pedantically predictable — even to those of us who stumble when subtracting one two-digit number from another. Its heroine loves math because through it she can “put order on infinity,” but “Marguerite’s Theorem” is proof as incontrovertible as Andrew Wiles’ 1994 Fermat solution, that one can have too much order.

Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent The fourth season of “Emily in Paris” was initially set to start in late summer or early fall in the French capital that gives the show its name, but filming has been delayed by two months due to the writers strike, Variety has learned. That could stretch longer if WGA members remain on the picket line. Netflix declined to comment. The plan is still to start shooting by the end of fall, according to a source close to the streamer. Netflix announced the renewal of Darren Star’s Emmy-nominated romantic comedy in January 2022. Season 3 dropped on the streamer on Dec. 21, 2022 following a massive premiere event in Paris, which lured crowds of overjoyed fans and was attended by Star and the entire cast, including Lily Collins, Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Kate Walsh, Camille Razat, Lucas Bravo, Lucien Laviscount (who wore a shiny purple suit), Bruno Gouery and Samuel Arnold.
