The Herschel Walker saga continues – and chances are, it won’t let up until voting begins for November’s midterm elections. While there’s been updates all week about his alleged payments to an ex-girlfriend to cover costs for an abortion in 2009 – and even a “get well soon” card in his handwriting provided as further evidence – the “Morning Joe” crew knows that his fate will ultimately come down to the Georgia Senate candidate’s Republican voter base. And co-host Joe Scarborough thinks Walker may get Republican voters to stoop lower than ever.

Another bus carrying illegal migrants stepped off the bus in Washington, D.C., Thursday morning, not far from Vice President Kamala Harris' residence. Additionally, two more migrant buses arrived in New York City at Manhattan's Port Authority transportation hub Thursday. Seven buses arrived in New York on Wednesday.

Several media outlets criticized Melania Trump’s fashion choice in 2017 when she left to go visit victims of a hurricane, however the same media outlets neglected to mention First Lady Jill Biden’s similar fashion choice during her post-Hurricane Ian Florida visit on Wednesday.  Both President Biden and his wife were photographed leaving for Florida to meet with Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., about ongoing recovery efforts following the Category 4 hurricane hitting the state.

President Joe Biden used part of his remarks in Florida on Wednesday to blame Hurricane Ian, a recent Category 4 storm, on human-caused climate change despite recent pushback from experts. "We're in a situation where the Colorado River looks more like a stream," Biden said during a speech in Fort Myers, Florida, on Wednesday afternoon. "There's a lot going on, and I think the one thing this has finally ended is a discussion about whether or not there's climate change, and we should do something about it." Biden visited Fort Myers alongside Gov.

Late today Walt Disney World asked all resort hotel guests who remain at the properties to shelter in place for the duration of Hurricane Ian, which is expected to begin impacting the area in earnest Wednesday evening. Earlier in the day, it was announced that the resort’s parks would be closed Wednesday through Friday.

Hurricane Ian has torn into western Cuba as a major hurricane, with nothing to stop it from intensifying into a Category 4 storm before it hits Florida.

On Thursday’s “The Tonight Show,” host Jimmy Fallon had a string of jokes that showed just how baffling a claim it is that Donald Trump could declassify documents just by thinking about it, as the former president told Sean Hannity in a now-viral interview Wednesday. Fallon also joked that such a gaff will only help Florida governor Ron DeSantis’ presidential prospects for 2024.

Ron DeSantis’ stunt in which he flew two planeloads of Venezuelan migrants from his state to Martha’s Vineyard as a ploy to draw attention to the ongoing immigrant crisis on the southern border. While it’s been a hot-button issue this week with voices on both sides denouncing the action as questionable or even illegal – a Texas sheriff has opened a case against DeSantis to determine if he misled the migrants into boarding the planes and therefore broke the law – but conservative co-host of “The View” Alyssa Farah Griffin indicated that she thinks it’s time to move on and focus on a solution.
