Michelle Keegan left fans guessing last week when she informed her millions of online followers that she was jetting off on a new adventure. The former Coronation Street star was all smiles as she was photographed pushing several suitcases at the airport.

The 34 year old jetted off Down Under last week to film a then-secret project, which some believed to be her return to BBC’s Our Girl. It has now been revealed she is starring in a new six-part series called Ten Pound Poms, from the team behind Netflix’ Sex Education.The series will explore the story of Brits who moved to Australia during the 1950s in pursuit of a new life after post-war Britain.
