Michael, 46, who had the honours of presenting the awards, was sporting a slick triple-navy suit while Luisana, 34, was cloaked in a midnight blue sequin minidress accompanied by a feathered hem wrapped rightly around her growing bump.Throughout their walk down the red carpet, the Haven't Met You Yet singer had a wide smile going from ear to ear while standing beside his adoring pregnant wife. Before appearing at the awards, the cute couple shared an Instagram reel where they appeared to be wearing casual clothes.

Earlier this year, the pair announced they would be expecting their fourth kid to join their other children – sons Noah, eight, Elias, six, and daughter Vida, three. Michael recently revealed that he and his wife want to make this pregnancy their most special due to having no more plans to expand their growing family.
"We're really trying to be present with the pregnancy because, most likely, it's the last time," he told People magazine. "I want it to be really special for [Luisana], and I know it goes really fast. Since it's probably the last one, I just want to make sure that we're really enjoying every second of it.
