Live Nation is opening a new 1,000-capacity music venue called Hi-Fi Dallas in Texas’ Design District. The 25,000-sq.-ft. club will be located just south of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks’ practice facility on land purchased by Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, Billboard has confirmed.
According to the Dallas Morning News who first reported the news, Cuban approached Live Nation president and CEO Michael Rapino about the idea for the club, which is slated to open in May.

Migos have dropped “Give No Fxk,” a new collaboration with Travis Scott and Young Thug. Their first single since 2019’s “Frosted Flakes,” “Give No Fxk” was first announced earlier this week as “GNF.” The all-star collaboration was first teased at Travis Scott’s ASTROWORLD festival in Houston, Texas, last year, and follows Scott’s recent JACKBOYS compilation album and Young Thug’s 2019 record So Much Fun.
