Matt Willis has spoken of his strong relationship with his TV star wife Emma ahead of her appearing in his new documentary. The Busted singer will be seen on BBC One on Wednesday night in his own film in which he opens up about his battle with addiction.
The film, Matt Willis: Fighting Addiction, will look back at some of Matt's "darkest days" as he explores what could be behind his, and other people's, addictions and speaks to experts and other addicts to better understand himself and those who have, and continue to go through, what he has.
The documentary will also delve into the impact it has had on his wife Emma, who appears close to tears in the film as she tells of her unease that he will relapse again, and their family.

Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on her self-titled ITV show ahead of the documentary on Wednesday, the presenter told how, as part of filming the documentary, Matt and former Big Brother presenter Emma visited a centre in Glasgow and listened to other people's stories about addiction.
"That was an amazing experience," Matt, who recently turned 40, said. "Emma's never done anything like that before and she was really nervous." The Year 3000 hitmaker continued: "But she resonated with everything that everyone said, and that's for the loved ones of people with addiction.
"That's the forgotten tale because everything's always about the addict, and that is important because then you get clean, but then the effect that that has on the people that love them is so massive."
