Popular BBC show Line of Duty is to return to our screens next year, according to reports.

Martin Compston has revealed the date that his brand new drama Mayflies will be released - and it's this month.
The Scots actor will star in the series based on Scottish author Andrew O'Hagan's book of the same name, which won Waterstones Scottish Book of the Year 2021.
It has been described as an "intimate and devastating portrait of male friendship".
Taking to Instagram, he announced the date that Mayflies will be on our screens. Sharing a picture of him on set with co-star Tony Curran, he wrote: " 'Mayflies' coming to@bbcscotlandand@bbciplayeron Tue 27th Dec & Wed 28th Dec. Gonna be emotional."
Fans expressed their excitement in the comments. One wrote: " Am so looking forward to this. I know it’s going to break my heart but will be so thought provoking too."
While one penned: "Can’t wait-love everything you do @mrmartincompston."
And another added: "This will be good. Tissue box required. I liked the book."
In a statement to the BBC, O'Hagan said of the TV adaptation: "The story is a very personal one to me, and it’s amazing to see the characters come to life."
Compston, 37, is set to play Jimmy, one half of the pair at the heart of this drama, alongside Tony Curran, who plays best friend Tully Dawson.
Set in a small Scottish town, Mayflies tells the story of the two young men who form a friendship based on music, films, and, a rebel spirit.
Opening in the summer of 1986, the series follows the pair as they rush towards the "climax of their youth" – a music festival in Manchester. There, against the backdrop of the music they love, they make a vow: to go at life differently.
