Natasha appeared on season seven of Married at First Sight in 2018 and took to Instagram to explain to fans about her sobriety journey. She wrote: "2 years ago today I had my last alcoholic drink.
But it was never about the one drink for me. It was wasting days partying, missing commitments and putting myself in dangerous situations.
