Fans attending the Saturday, April 15 edition of Katy Perry’s Play residency in Las Vegas witnessed an unexpected surprise when the singer invited audience members onstage — including North West, who was in the audience alongside mom Kim Kardashian.

North West was the star of the show during Katy Perry's residency concert on Saturday night! In a video — shared on Kim Kardashian's Instagram Story, her and Kanye West's daughter had a moment with the «Firework» superstar, that left her blown away. Kim had a front row seat to capture the moment, after her 9-year-old daughter was called onstage. In the clip, North is joined onstage by her friends, and cousin, Penelope Disick, as Katy gushed over being a big fan after «seeing all your TikToks.» «I know your name, but what's your name,» Katy hilariously asks.After North replies, Katy then asks her how old she is, to which she responds, «nine.» The singer then explains that when she was her age, that's when she got the «spark» and started singing.

North West was overjoyed as she was made an impromptu appearance at a Katy Perry concert, after the singer invite the youngster up onstage. North, nine, had been attending the concert with a group of friends and her famous mum Kim Kardashian, who had surprised the group by taking them to Las Vegas for the show.

The girl group were set to perform on the festival’s second day, alongside ENHYPEN, ONEUS, BE’O and VIVIZ.In its statement, Pledis Entertainment said that “it has become difficult for the group to take part in the event due to internal schedule adjustments”, although it did divulge any specifics regarding the situation.“After discussions with the event host and the members, it has been agreed that fromis_9 will not be participating in the show on Saturday, April 22.
