Manchester United fans' relationship with the Glazer family has always been a rocky one, but after the collapse of the European Super League, it seemed that steps would be taken to try and mend the issues. However, fans believe that promises that have since been made have not been fulfilled.
Before the clash with Norwich at home last season, protests began again, with fan group The 1958 leading the way and they continued until the end of the campaign. The group also sat down with Richard Arnold earlier in the summer, with one of their members releasing clips showing what was discussed.
The Manchester Evening News understands that a protest is scheduled before United's first home match of the Erik ten Hag era, a friendly against Rayo Vallecano. Ten Hag's side will face the Spanish club on July 31.

But The 1958 have now announced that the action will not stop there. In a post on their Twitter account, they have revealed a protest will take place before United's first Premier League fixture of the new season, a home clash with Brighton on August 7.
They claim the protest will not be about the team, the manager or any incoming signings, but purely the Glazer ownership. Action will likely continue into the upcoming season alongside The 1958's digital campaign that has seen them target United's key sponsors.
A starting location has yet to be announced, but updates will follow on The 1958's social media accounts.
