Manchester restaurant in 'religious diet' row after refusing to refund customer's deposit

A Manchester restaurant has become embroiled in a row with a customer over its non-refundable deposit policy, after the customer asked for its strict set menu to be altered to cater for religious dietary requirements.

District, the acclaimed Thai restaurant in the Northern Quarter, serves a set menu of 12 courses and says it can't cater for individual tastes, requirements or allergies.
