Manchester Cathedral to host innovative rock opera

Manchester Cathedral will be the venue for the launch of a novel rock opera later this month before it hits London's West End.

Some of the most iconic contemporary music of the 20th century - including Paint It Black, The Sound of Silence, Black Magic Woman, White Room, Feeling Good and Whiter Shade of Pale - have been arranged to tell a story with a hidden meaning in 'Alicia'.
