Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing man who was last seen over a week ago. Robert Riddick, 31, was last seen in the Hillhouse area of Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, at around 12pm on Saturday 3rd December.

Police are probing the disappearance of a Scots man who checked out of a hotel in Inverness almost a week ago and hasn't been heard from or seen since.
Leslie Robertson, from Caithness, left Barrack on Sunday November 13 to travel to Inverness, where he stayed at the Palace Hotel in Inverness. He checked out of the Best Western hotel on Wednesday November 16.
The 57-year-old did not return home from the Highland city and has not been in touch with his family or friends since, which they have described as "uncharacteristic".
Leslie was reported missing to police yesterday, Monday November 21. It is possible he may still be in Inverness and enquiries are ongoing.
He is white, around 5ft 11 inches in height, with short grey hair. He usually wears a hooded top and leather jacket.
Officers continue to speak to family and friends to find out where Leslie may have gone. They are also checking relevant CCTV footage for any additional information.
Sergeant Andy McKay said: “Leslie’s family is upset and worried. They just want to know he is safe and well. If anyone has seen Leslie or has any information as to his whereabouts, please contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0611 of 21 November, 2022.
