A Japanese man who has spent nearly £12,500 on a human-sized collie costume dresses up as a 'giant dog' several times a month to fulfil his childhood fantasies. Toco, who has always dreamed of 'becoming an animal', regularly shares updates of his part time canine life on his YouTube channel as he teaches himself how to eat, play and train like a dog.
The man purchased the expensive yet highly realistic costume from Zeppet, a Japanese agency which is famous for creating sculptures and models for movies, the Mirror reports. It cost him two million Yen, which is around £12,480.

He told the Mirror: "I rarely tell my friends because I am afraid they will think I am weird. My friends and family seemed very surprised to learn I became an animal."
Toco says he loves 'doing things that only dogs do' because it makes him feel like a real pet but activities that involve his hands are the most challenging as his paws often get in the way.
He explained: "Since childhood, I have had this unspecific fantasy of becoming an animal. I wonder whether it was a desire for transformation."
On social media, Toco shares clips of himself pretending to sit and lift his paws, rolling over for belly rubs and walking on a lead like a dog. He has also taught himself how to eat fake dog food, venture outside in a lift and even hang in a hammock.
The Japanese content creator chose to become a Collie because it's his ''favourite' dog breed and waited 40 days for his costume to arrive from Zeppet after making so many changes to ensure it was perfect. A
