A man was rushed to hospital after allegedly being seriously assaulted on a quiet residential street in Falkirk.
Emergency services were called to Kenilworth Drive in Laurieston at around 7.30pm last night, Tuesday May 31, following reports a man had been seriously assaulted.
The man is believed to have suffered a gash to his hand.
A 42-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 42-year old man has been charged in connection with the serious assault of another man which happened in Kenilworth Drive in Laurieston around 7.30pm on Tuesday, 31 May, 2022.
"He is expected to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Saturday, 4 June, 2022."
