A man who hurled homophobic abuse at police officers after being caught drink driving when he was disqualified has walked free from court.
Luke Thomas Hibbert, of Pocket Nook Road in Lostock, Bolton, was stopped by Cheshire Police in Alderley Edge early in May of this year.
The 33-year-old was seen by officers driving below the speed limit and weaving over Macclesfield Road in the town, Stockport Magistrates
