Two men arrested in Manchester in connection with a siege at a synagogue in Texas have been released without charge.

Police are attempting to trace a group of schoolchildren after a man was allegedly stabbed during an attempted robbery.
The victim, aged 26, was approached by the group as he walked through the subway at approximately 4pm on December 15.
A boy asked to use his phone but when he refused, the youths tried to take it from him in Perry Barr, Birmingham, West Midlands Police said.
Birmingham Live reports that he managed to snatch it back and ran off but he was chased and stabbed in the arm. He suffered a deep wound 4-5cm long.
The man's injuries were luckily not serious. Police officers are now appealing to anyone who knows the group to come forward.
Birmingham Police tweeted about the 'attempted robbery and stabbing in a Birmingham underpass'.
"The victim was approached by a group in the subway beneath Birchfield Road, Perry Barr, at around 4pm on 15 December," the force said.
"One boy asked to use the 26-year-old’s phone and when he refused the phone was snatched from him.
"He managed to grab it back and ran off but was chased and stabbed in the arm. He suffered a deep cut 4-5cm long but thankfully he’s OK. The offenders ran off."
The force, who are appealing for information, said officers have carried out checks at local schools but have n'ot been able to identify the group'.
