Tullibody, according to Police Scotland. The alert came around 5am on Tuesday September 21 and a 33-year-old was arrested and charged a short time later.
He is due to appear at Alloa Sheriff Court in connection with this incident at a later date. A separate report of a man acting suspiciously in the same area was also received but police confirmed the incidents were not linked.They are not looking for anyone else in connection with these reports.
