Married At First Sight UK star April Banbury has returned to her London flat after dumping her husband George Roberts, it has been reported.
The father-of-four married the former Miss Great Britain after meeting her for the first time at the altar as part of the popular E4 show. However, the couple's journey has had a few bumps in the road and viewers have watched their relationship go south in recent episodes.
It comes amid allegations George was able to wed a stranger on the show despite three of his exes reportedly making complaints of his alleged emotional abuse to the police. April has moved back into her £750,000 home without George, according to MailOnline. April was reportedly unable to talk about the allegations made against her TV husband when asked. April's representatives have been contacted for comment.
Although the show is about getting married to strangers, the ceremonies in the series are not actually legally binding. Couples get to choose whether they choose to 'leave' or 'stay' with their partners after getting to know each other during their honeymoon.
