‘M3GAN 2.0’ To Happen In 2025

Nothing to be alarmed about — as we told you, M3GAN 2.0, was inevitable and Uni just set a Jan. 17, 2025 release for sequel to the Blumhouse and Atomic Monster hit film.
The pic was produced in association with Divide/Conquer, is in the works. The sequel’s script is being penned by Akela Cooper (M3GAN, Malignant, The Nun 2), who wrote the script to the original film. Allison Williams and Violet McGraw are onboard to return for the sequel. Williams will also serve as a producer. She served as an executive producer on the original film.
M3GAN was released on January 6, 2023 and has grossed $91.9M in worldwide box office to-date.
Jason Blum, James Wan and Allison Williams are producers on the hit film’s follow-up. Michael Clear and Judson Scott, of Wan’s Atomic Monster banner, will executive produce. Blumhouse’s Ryan Turek is an executive producer. Mark Katchur is an executive producer. Adam Hendricks and Greg Gilreath, from Divide/Conquer, are also executive producers.
Allison Williams starred in Jordan Peele’s Academy Award-nominated film,Get Out, for which she garnered a Screen Actors Guild ensemble nomination for her performance. Previously, she starred as ‘Marnie’ on six seasons of HBO’s Emmy and Golden Globe-winning television series,Girls. She will next appear in the Showtime limited series Fellow Travelers, alongside Matt Bomer.
Violet McGraw portrayed a “Young Yelena Belova” (played by Florence Pugh) in the Scarlett Johansson starrer for Marvel, Black Widow. She is known as young “Nell” in Netflix’s horror-mystery series Haunting of Hill House and played “Violet” in Warner Bros’ Doctor Sleep from director Mike Flanagan and based on Stephen King’s smash hit. She plays opposite Casey Affleck and Dakota Johnson
