Lucy Mecklenburgh's property portfolio continues to grow after the star revealed that she'd bought her fifth property last week. The former TOWIE star, 30, shared the incredible news of the new addition in a post on social media using home renovation emojis along with images of video footage to her fans. "So excited to get started! Next step is to meet an architect and apply for planning permission.
Don’t worry I will be keeping the floor tiles, balcony and front door," she added.The lifestyle and fitness fanatic recently welcomed her second child with fiance Ryan Thomas but that hasn't stopped her from cashing in on a new development opportunity. Posting a snap of her inside the new house on Instagram, Lucy shows off the balcony, the living and dining area, the bathroom and the entrance to the home. Lucy first announced that she had picked up the keys to her new project on June 18 and highlighted how she had a two-week-old baby, a two-year-old, and two house renovations which equalled "two crazy people." "Ryan’s been filming a lot & I’ve just had a baby girl so our Manchester housework starts again next week now we can get stuck back into it!," she wrote.
"But we thought we would make life more chaotic & take on another renovation down south. "So this is my new project. It's a road I love & the balcony, tiles & potential sold it for me!! Wish me luck!!!!," she added.
The couple already boast other properties to their name, including a family home in Essex which they reportedly spent £100,000 renovating. A Manchester property which the former Coronation Street star Ryan purchased without Lucy even seeing it first but promised fans that they would be overhauling the home as they gave a tour of the space.
