Love Island fans have been left stunned over the twist in the relationship between Lana Jenkins and Ron Hall during Casa Amor. The Casa Amor section of the show is known for putting existing relationships to the test, as 12 new bombshells enter the two villas, and it has certainly seen some new and unexpected pairings as the boys and girls get to know each other.
