Millie, 25, and Liam, 22, won the ITV2 series last year and their future looked bright as a couple as they moved in together, before confirming they had split last month.Though Millie had shown herself to be moving on from the romance as she partied in Ibiza recently, it seems the ex Islander was in a reflective mood upon returning home to the UK.
