Kem Cetinay was said to have been involved in a “head-on crash” with a motorcyclist earlier this month that killed 28 year old Tommy Griggs.The former Love Island star was driving his £123,000 Mercedes G Wagon at the time of the ordeal, when Tommy’s bike collided with the vehicle, sending the young dad “20ft into the air by the force”.Tommy sadly died at the scene after suffering multiple injuries and blunt force trauma despite paramedics' efforts. While Kem’s car was involved in the accident, his agent said that the 26 year old reality TV star was not arrested and is being treated as a witness. They confirmed at the time of the crash: “Kem was this morning (Thursday 4 August) involved in a road traffic accident close to his home in the Brentwood area at approximately 11.30am.
"Tragically, a motorcyclist died in the collision. Kem has been assisting the police and is being treated purely as a witness to the incident. "Kem will be making no further comment on this matter aside to offer his deepest condolences, prayers and sympathies to the motorcyclist's family and friends." A statement from the Metropolitan Police also read: "Police were called at 11:32hrs on Thursday, 4 August to reports of a collision at Shepherds Hill, Romford.
"Police and London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended. At the scene a car had been in collision with a motorcycle." It continued: "Despite the efforts of medics, the male motorcyclist was sadly pronounced dead at the scene at 12:04. "Enquiries are underway to notify next of kin.
