Winner of Love Island 2022, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu appeared on Lorraine this morning (August 15) to talk to Christine Lampard, 43, about her experience on the show and update viewers on her current plans. The Turkish beauty, 27, revealed details of a moment from the series which was never shown when she described having a panic attack during the filming of Casa Amor scenes over what partner Davide Sanclimenti, 27, might be up to.
She said she often forgot the cameras were there saying: "They're so hidden, the cameras, you don't where they are." And when pressed on having her head slightly turned in Casa Amor she said: "There was a moment, I don't know, I'm going to say this, medics came as I was having a mini panic attack because I was thinking, 'oh no, what's Davide doing in Casa Amor? Is he with someone else?'. She added: "The medics were like, 'Ekin it's fine, just relax' and yeah, it all worked out." Viewers on Twitter were sympathetic to Ekin-Su with one saying: " ekin saying she had a panic attack during casa people love calling her overdramatic but you can’t fake that." Another added: "Ekin su having panic attack during casa is so sad she was sos cared of losing him because she made a mistake." Davide shared kisses with a number of the Casa Amor girls in the main villa, but he and Ekin-Su chose to remain together in the recoupling that followed.
The couple endured a rocky relationship on the show, with the pair coupling up earlier on in the series before Ekin-Su shared a secret kiss with Jay Younger, 28, who had just entered the villa at the time. Speaking this morning on Lorraine, Ekin-Su said of her time since leaving the villa: "It's been really busy, all these projects lined up.
