Love Island’s Ekin-Su and Davide reveal why they were left in floods of tears on new ITV2 reality show after huge moment

LOVE Island star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti revealed they broke down in tears during an emotional moment on their new ITV2 reality show. The Turkish beauty, 28, and the Italian hunk, 27, will return to our screens for a two-part travelogue series next week.
For the first time since leaving the Love Island Villa, Davide returned to Italy and his hometown Frosinone with Ekin-Su by his side. Ekin-Su admitted that she left in floods of tears as she met Davide's parents for the first time, while Davide confirmed that his mum and dad have given the actress their seal of approval.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Davide said: "My parents love her, they made her feel very welcome. She saw my mum and they all love Ekin-Su.” Ekin-Su told us: “It was so emotional, I was crying when I saw Davide’s dad, that was quite emotional for me because I could see that they hadn’t really seen each other for a long time.

He said: “Yeah, there were some tears when I saw my family in Italy and when I saw Ekin-Su meeting her parents, I felt emotional just because I saw she was happy, and I saw her mum and grandma.
