With tensions still left running high in the Love Island villa after Friday’s dramatic recoupling, the Island boys have been on hand to lend a friendly ear to Andrew Le Page as he continues to fight for his relationship with Tasha Ghouri. In scenes that rocked the villa on Friday, Tasha was seen admitting to Andrew, who she has been coupled up with since day one, that she was interested in getting to know newcomer Charlie Radnedge following their date together. Tasha initially went on on a date with the newcomer on Thursday's episode and, when quizzed by Andrew about it afterwards, admitted that she’d had a good time.
“I went in with a complete open-mind to see what happens. It was a good date. He’s a good-looking guy,” said Tasha.
Clearly wounded, Andrew held it together as he replied “I’m not surprised he picked you. You’re a very good-looking girl. You’re obviously super nice and amazing.” Convinced that during Friday’s recoupling would see Charlie choose Tasha, Andrew remained open minded as he arrived at the fire pit later that evening.
However, in a twist, Charlie instead opted to couple up with Ekin-Su, leaving Tasha single and free to be selected by Andrew. Although he was happy with his choice, it seemed many of his villa mates were not, with several pulling faces as he made the decision as they felt he deserved better than someone that was so willing to look elsewhere for love, while claiming to be content. This sentiment appears to have continued over the weekend, with upcoming scenes due to air on Sunday soon seeing Dami Hope give some sage advice to his lovelorn friend.
