Love Island contestants Amber Beckford and Ikenna Ekwonna have jetted back to the UK together following their brutal dumping from the villa at the end of Tuesday night’s show. Mere hours after their departure hit our screens, Ikenna took to his stories on Wednesday to film the moment he and Amber boarded a plane back to the UK after the pair received the least number of votes from fans at home to remain.
Despite their time on the show coming to an abrupt end, the pair continued to smile, even as their former partners Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack were seen sharing a steamy kiss mere hours after the pair had left. In the short clip shared on social media, Ikenna filmed himself on the plane as he sported his trademark smile and captioned the clip: “enroute ldn.” The star then panned the camera to Amber who was seated beside him, with the bombshell admitting “It is what it is” before the pair descend into light hearted giggles together.
With Ikenna and Amber now left to readjust to life back in the UK, things have been hotting up for Dami and Indiyah as they no longer have a partner to worry about. Having locked lips on more than one occasion - and both admitted to finding the other attractive, could true love now be on the cards for these Islanders? There’s definitely some chemistry there, with the pair not holding back as the Islanders gathered together following the dumping.
During a game of truth or dare, the couples were tasked with popping balloons between each other’s bodies, with each balloon containing either a truth or a dare. In Indiyah’s case, she was tasked with kissing the Islander she fancied the most.
