Adam Collard has dropped a bombshell after he admitted that wants to reconnect with ex Zara McDermott after exiting the Love Island villa with Paige Thorne.The Geordie star discussed Zara's reaction to his latest return to the ITV dating series after a viral clip saw her and her current beau Sam Thompson giggling. During his 2018 stint in the villa, Adam, 26, coupled up with numerous girls, but ended up finding love with co-star Zara, 25. When asked about their reaction, Adam confessed that he wasn't expecting a positive one, but hinted at a double date in the future.
"I’ve got to be honest, I didn’t really expect it to be that plain sailing with their reaction. I’ve got to give credit to Zara. We had some really good times and I’ve got really good memories from the time we were together.
"It’ll be nice to break the ice - you never know we might end up meeting up with them. I think Sam’s definitely the right person for her and if they’re happy, I’m happy. I’m definitely happy here," he continued.
