Some go on Love Island to find The One, others for a bit fun, but there's no doubt that sexy singleton Dami Hope will bring some "trouble" as he once called himself a "verified playboy".The 26 year old star was the first male contestant to be announced for the 2022 series, which is set to kick off on 6 June with Laura Whitmore back at the helm as presenter while her husband Iain Stirling will bring the laughs with his witty remarks. Senior microbiologist Dami, from Dublin, Ireland, has already described himself as "funny" and "passionate", while not being one to shy away from a little trouble.

In another photo he once shared of himself, he wrote: "The streets say I play girls, can’t blame ‘em for thinking like that". While he's clearly a very self-assured person, other captions to photos reveal he is actually looking for love as one read: "If you see love tell her I’m ready to meet her".
