Lorraine Kelly's weight loss diet swap which helped her lose 11lbs and keep eating sweet treat

TV presenter Lorraine Kelly has stunned her fans by announcing that she has dropped 11lbs whilst following a new Weight Watchers diet plan that allowed her to indulge in sweet treats. She credits the weight loss program for losing the unwanted weight.
The Scottish journalist is guided by Weight Watchers' coach Suzie Stirling who helped her drop the pounds by sharing some of her favourite weight loss methods. Her main principal to forget punishing fad diets and starvation in order to feel healthier.
Suzie said: "There is no such thing as 'good' or 'bad' food and nothing is off limits on the WW programme. Lorraine loves chocolate and had got into the habit of eating lots of it before bed.

"She didn’t want to give it up for good, so now she has a big bowl of fruit, such as berries, melon and mango, which she dips into a little pot of Weight Watchers Chocolate Spread."
Lorraine revealed to the Express.co.uk, how she went from a size 10 to a 14 during lockdown because of lack of exercise and junk food. She took to Instagram to share her to help others who also have a sweet tooth.
In the video she dips cuts of banana and strawberries into a pot of WW spread which is only 71 calories per tablespoon.
She captioned the video "During lockdown, I became a real chocolate fiend. I’d have a massive 'chocolate plate' most evenings, no wonder the weight steadily crept on. But since Joining @ww.uk, I’ve learnt there’s clever ways of snacking. Here’s how I now get my fix! It’s SO GOOD!"
Fans gushed over the healthy snack and were also delighted with the other superfood she shared which Suzie hailed as a weight loss hero.
