Amy Dowden has treated herself and husband Ben Jones to a relaxing spa day after feeling "really rough" recently.The Strictly Come Dancing pro, 33, and Ben visited Hoar Cross Hall hotel in Staffordshire for an early Valentine's Day treat and shared some cute snaps of the day on Instagram. She captioned one snap: "After feeling really rough the last few days (nasty cough) thank you for a lovely spa day today Ben."
