Coronavirus outbreak at Stone pub sees 19 people test positive

Around 1,000 people turned up for testing after health chiefs urged anyone who had been working or drinking at the Crown & Anchor in Stone between July 16 and 18 to get checked.One person who tested positive after visiting the pub then attended a private social gathering, which spread the virus further, Staffordshire County Council had said.A mobile testing unit was set up in the town until yesterday (August 2) and the final test results are expected this week.
