Chitty Chitty Bang Bang star Sally Ann Howes has passed away age 91.The actress, who also replaced Julie Andrews in My Fair Lady on Broadway, died on Sunday 19 December. Sally's death was announced as The Times shared an obituary for the star, where her acting career was remembered.The English star was born in London in 1930 to actress and singer Patricia Malone and Bobby Howes.
