A livid Range Rover owner is refusing to move the cars he left outside a dealership in a row over the vehicle's warranty. Michael Cox bought the off-roader four years ago and claims manufacturer Land Rover is refusing to honour the extended guarantee.
WalesOnline reports that the 36-year-old has left his Range Rover, a van, a caravan and other vehicles outside the Stratstone Land Rover dealership on Hadfield Road in Cardiff.He says the car producer - part of the Jaguar Land Rover group owned by Indian automotive giant Tata - is not respecting an extended warranty he took out on his eight-year-old Range Rover Vogue SE, which he bought from the dealership in 2018.Michael has reported a series of problems with the vehicle, which led to its engine failing last December.Land Rover said it was investigating the case and the dealership in Cardiff did not comment.
Mr Cox says he has since received an injunction ordering him to move the vehicles by Saturday. They have been there for three weeks.
