Line of Duty fans think Chief Constable Philip Osborne is in balaclava in explosive finale trailer

Just 25 minutes into the finale of the biggest drama on TV, Line of Duty, the need to get answers was at fever-pitch. At points, viewers were asking themselves: “Am I H?” Fans and the stars of the show have been sharing their theories in the lead up to the final episode.

If you’ve been wondering where you’ve seen Line of Duty’s DS Chris Lomax before, it might well be from his other starring roles with Vicky McClure - including playing her lover. In BBC One’s hit police drama, Vicky plays DI Kate Fleming in the same murder investigation team as DS Lomax, played by Perry Fitzpatrick.

Line of Duty fans are currently trying to work out who mystery villain ‘H’ is, as the hit series nears to an end. Suspicion has been rife, with some believing DCS Patricia Carmichael, played by Anna Maxwell Martin, to be the guilty party, while others are confined Ted Hastings, played by Adrian Dunbar, is ‘H.’ However, it’s DC Chloe Bishop who is played by Shalom Brune-Franklin, who has now got the attention of fans, and viewers are convinced she’s up to no good.

Philip Schofield hinted that an ‘exciting’ Line of Duty star will be appearing on This Morning after the Line of Duty finale, and now everyone thinks it’s H.

The Line of Duty rumour mill has gone into overdrive once more as This Morning viewers are convinced Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have dropped a huge clue about H's identity. In Tuesday's show, hosts Holly and Phil trailed that they had a "very exciting guest" lined up for Monday's This Morning which will air the morning after Line of Duty's series six finale.
