The 36-year-old star announced that she’s expecting in a surprising new Instagram post on Tuesday morning.

The news popped up with a start on Tuesday morning. Nobody was expecting it to come up, but just moments after the Parent Trap alum took to IG, it was suddenly all over!
As you can see (below), she and husband Bader Shammas are “blessed and excited” that the baby is now on its way:

It was not immediately clear how far along she is. However, in a follow-up statement to TMZ, the Mean Girls superstar added this sweet sentiment:
