Liam Neeson Says “No” To Rumors Swirling On Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ Series

TNT is developing a sequel series to the 2011 film “Unknown” with the movie’s star Liam Neeson on board as a producer, TheWrap has confirmed.“Unknown” starred Neeson as Martin Harris, a doctor who loses his memory after a car accident only to wake up to find out his identity has been stolen and he is now the target of assassins.

EXCLUSIVE: TNT is developing Unknown, a one-hour drama based on the 2011 Liam Neeson action-thriller boxoffice hit. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and produced by Dark Castle Entertainment, the film told the story of Martin Harris (Neeson), a doctor who lost his memory after a car accident and woke up to find his identity taken and the target of mysterious assassins.

Completing a loose trio of ice-themed films, after 2011’s “The Grey” and 2019’s “Cold Pursuit,” the Liam Neeson-starring “The Ice Road” is a serviceable, if incredibly convoluted, addition to a recent run of bland action movies that ask the actor to do the bare minimum— scowling as things explode around him.
